Ordering & production
Step 1 – Ordering
Select your products and complete your purchase securely and quickly via iDeal or credit card.
Stap 2 – Order period
As soon as the timer above runs out, this ordering window will automatically close and all placed orders will be sent into production.
Step 3 – Production
Current production time is approximately 4–5 weeks from the moment this webshop round closes. Once production is finished, you will automatically receive an update by email.
Stap 4 – Shipping
If you chose “Pick up at the club”, you will receive a message from the club as soon as your order is ready for collection. If you chose “Delivery via PostNL”, you will automatically receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or cancel your order. This is because all items are custom-made and will only go into production after the ordering window has closed. During a fitting session at the club, you can determine the correct size.
TIP: is er reeds kleding van Powerhouse bij jouw vereniging, club of bedrijf in omloop; vraag dan een ander naar zijn/haar maat.
